We protect the transmission of your data with a secure SSL connection. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a security technology which guarantees that your personal data is securely transmitted on the Internet.

The following data are encrypted: personal data (name, address, etc.), login data (customer number and password), selected payment method, and credit card and account information.

Data security and registration General

Personal customer information is only requested, stored, and used in conjunction with the processing of your order. Data protection is based on the respective valid legal stipulations as stated by the German Federal Data Protection Law [BDSG] and Teleservice Data Protection Law [TDDSG].

Transfer of Information

To process and ship your order, we only transfer your data to the respective logistic partner contracted with the delivery of your order and to the payment partner (Paypal, credit card company). Paypal transactions are liable to the Paypal data privacy statement.

Additional Services

Due to the above-mentioned legal stipulations, we require your agreement to additional services (customer account, newsletter). Agreement can be made at any time in the online-shop, via email, or by ringing us.

Customer Registration

If you desire, we’ll store your name and address in a customer database. You can register with this data on your next visit at the online-ship. Upon successful registration, your name and address will be automatically filled out in the form and must not be re-entered every time.

Customer number:

Please note that a customer number is only availble to customers with a bank account at a German bank for direct debit and a shipping address inside Germany, because shipping costs inside Germany are reduced for customers with customer number! Sensitive data such as account or credit card information is not stored due to security reasons.

Do not enter anything here as long as you do not already got such a number. If you do by mistake and want your parts shipped to an address outside of Germany the shop will not proceed your order! In this case you will have to contact us in order to correct your account.

Routine Information (Newsletter)

When you order our newsletter, you’ll be informed of new products and special offers via email on a regular basis. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter simply by clicking the unsubscribe option directly in the email.
